We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. SMS credits are sold in packages as displayed on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments must be made in full before credits are added to your account.

5.3 Credit Expiration

SMS credits purchased do not expire and remain in your account until used. However, accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be subject to closure.

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service, except where we are legally required to collect such taxes.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Technical failures on our platform that prevent message delivery
Duplicate charges or billing errors
Service unavailability for extended periods

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Credits that have already been used are not eligible for refund. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

7. Termination

7.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, any unused credits will be forfeited unless a refund is requested and approved.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Fail to pay amounts due
Use the Service in a manner that harms our reputation or infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massejli SMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee message delivery as this depends on factors outside our control, including recipient carrier availability and network conditions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
